Job Title: PET/CT Technologist

ABOUT THE JOB:
Join our team of highly experienced full-time technologists in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities:
- Schedule patients for examinations when necessary.
- Order a variety of radiopharmaceuticals for oncology, brain, and research studies from multiple radiopharmacies.
- Assist in maintaining various calibrations for Hot Lab equipment and the PET/CT unit.
- Demonstrate extreme competence in I.V. access.
- Provide outstanding patient care.
- Collect patient history, dose, and scan PET/CT patients.
- Be self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively to maintain a daily schedule.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved 2-year Associate’s or 4-year Bachelor’s degree program in Science and/or Nuclear Medicine.
- Minimum of 4 years of Nuclear Medicine experience post-graduation.
- ARRT (N) and/or CNMT certification required.
- PET/CT experience is not necessary—we will train you in PET/CT.

ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paramedic to join our Imaging Center team. This role is vital in ensuring patient safety and providing expert emergency response during all operating hours. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in emergency protocols, possess strong clinical skills, and demonstrate a compassionate approach to patient care. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) responsibilities are a key component of this role, requiring the paramedic to respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff. Additionally, the paramedic must be knowledgeable in recognizing and treating adverse reactions to contrast media, ensuring timely intervention and patient safety during imaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operates under the supervision of the Registered Nurse Supervisor and the Radiologist, following established protocols and clinical guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Support technologists in patient care, particularly in the MR and CT areas, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after imaging procedures, including connecting to monitoring equipment and documenting vital signs.
- Conduct daily checks of emergency equipment (e.g., suction, oxygen, defibrillators) and ensure readiness for emergency situations.
- May administer medications and perform procedures as authorized by the Physician Medical Director and in accordance with Texas DSHS regulations and local EMS protocols.
- Manage contrast allergy protocols, including patient interviews, record reviews, and radiologist consultations.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including starting IVs with excellent technique, administering medications, and escorting to exam areas.
- Educate patients and families
- Accurately assess patient condition and monitor for reactions or changes in health status.
- Coordinate with technologists on documentation, paperwork, and patient flow.
- Participate in staff meetings and support compliance initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current Texas Paramedic License.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (all current).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a critical care setting (ICU, CCU, ED, or Telemetry preferred).
- Physically capable of lifting 55+ pounds.
- Strong emotional resilience and ability to manage high-stress situations.

The Assistant Controller has primary responsibility for the general accounting for SWDIC and CMI. Duties include monthly financial close, reporting, and account reconciliations as well as provides accounting and analysis support to the Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the following functions for both SWDIC and CMI:
- Accurately and timely close books full end to end accounting.
- Assists with the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly analysis of variances
- Prepares schedules and responds to inquiries for the annual audit
- Prepares Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Research and resolves account reconciling items in a timely manner

- Proficient computer skills are required, especially Excel and Word.
